Welker’s AP Practice Exam Notes: Download these document and use it to help you answer the questions you find yourself stuck on on the Micro practice exam. These are Mr. Welker’s notes on each of the 60 question and the 3 FRQs. Before consulting the answer key, read the notes for the question you’re stumpted on and see if they jog your memory.

The following .pdf files were created from the Smartboard lessons I created for each unit of the AP Economics syllabus. These documents should not be relied upon as a standalone study guide for the AP exams, rather should be used to accompany the student-created wikis.
All topics from both Micro and Macro are included in these study guides and/or wiki pages. As we complete our final three units in Macro, the study guides and wikis will be added.
Please do not print these documents out. They contain hyperlinks to websites containing articles and blog posts, therefore they are best viewed on your computer.

Hello..
I am a teacher from California. I am loving your wiki and I would like to get trained in how to make them myself… do you have any trainings that you have gone to that you could recommend. Also, I really am trying to use many of your AP Exam prep to help my students get ready, but the Unit 2 A+B pdf won’t come up…can you look at that to fix it…I would love to give my students the extra practice.

About the workshops on using wikis in class. If you are an AP Econ teacher, I would recommend going to the AP Summer Institute Econ workshop in Bellevue, Washington this summer (near seattle). Patti Brazil is an amazing workshop leader, and she’s invited me there for an afternoon session on wikis and blogs. I’d love to see you there! I’ll spend a few hours showing how you can build and implement a wiki and / or a blog into an AP Econ class.

Where can I view the practice AP Macroeconomics multiple choice tests without the notes? I can’t seem to find the link.

You need an AP Central username and password, which you school should be able to give you if you don’t know it.

Chuck: I suppose your teacher has a reason for not wanting you to see past FRQs… I don’t personally agree, I think studying past FRQs is great practice. Unfortunately, I had to consolidate my passwords for AP Central and the one on the wiki no longer works… you’ll have to take this up with your teacher or your principal if you feel that having access to these FRQs would be beneficial to you. Hi! Thanks for your site. I’m currently cramming, er…studying for my AP Macro tomorrow. I was looking for some more help and I came across your site. It’s been really helpful in giving me a taste of what the exam will be like. I only wish I found it sooner. I’m doing independent study and I happen to be also using McConnell’s book. This is really helpful! Thanks for putting this up.
