Thank you for sharing these thoughts and information about the Wiser organisation and its work in Kenya.  Their approach, concentrating upon the output rather than the input as a means to improvement, is very much in line with the arguments expressed in the superb book &quot;White Man&#039;s Burden&quot; written by William Easterly, a former World Bank economist.  How can Africa have received $2.5 trillion in aid over the last 50 years and still not be able to provide clean water or mosquito nets for the poor in Africa?

Keep up the good work and I look forward to exploring the rest of your web-site which I have only just discovered.
