Thank you for sharing these thoughts and information about the Wiser organisation and its work in Kenya. Their approach, concentrating upon the output rather than the input as a means to improvement, is very much in line with the arguments expressed in the superb book “White Man’s Burden” written by William Easterly, a former World Bank economist. How can Africa have received $2.5 trillion in aid over the last 50 years and still not be able to provide clean water or mosquito nets for the poor in Africa?
