The dollar’s weak… no, wait, it’s strong!

I like this commercial. It teaches us nothing about economics, but it’s amusing and brings some light to a rather dismal outlook for the US economy and falling dollar…

About the author:  Jason Welker teaches International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement Economics at Zurich International School in Switzerland.     This commercial sums up the importance of a weak dollar. Although the dollar is weak in relation to other foreign currencies, with a mcdonald's menu for a 1 dollar, the dollar's getting stronger by the day…..
